Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All of our products at Precision Shaft Technologies are custom made specifically for you, for your specific dimensions that you provide. Due to that, we cannot accept returns.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the proper measurements to manufacture the product. We will not be responsible if the customer provides us with inaccurate measurements.

If you receive your driveshaft and it was built to the specifications that you provided us, we will not be responsible if it is too long or too short.

In some cases, we may be able to shorten a steel or aluminum shaft for you. We are unable to shorten a carbon fiber shaft by less than 6 inches. We are unable to add length to a shaft.
