Description
Nothing completes the look of a custom car or hot rod like a carbon fiber driveshaft; it’s THE finishing touch. With our 1310 or 1350 series 3.25-inch carbon fiber shaft, you get great looks and great performance.
It’s easy to see how the clear resin finish highlights the look of the carbon wind angles. And beyond this driveshaft’s stellar appearance is the peace of mind it offers thanks to industry-leading build standards:
• The shaft is bonded to an exclusive-design 7075 forge aluminum tube yoke
• Tube integrity is validated via a bi-directional 2,800 ft/lbs torque test
• Computer balanced to less than a ⅛ ounce/inch variance as an assembly
PST uses its extensive experience to produce world-class carbon fiber components. We maximize torsional strength by using two different wind angles during the manufacturing process. This technique creates a driveshaft with less stress on the driveline. So this component is ideal custom car builders and hot rodders, and racing vehicles that crank out less than 1,000 HP or a truck or early model OEM-chassis car requiring a longer shaft.
SFI Certification
These carbon fiber driveshafts can be SFI certified. If your plans require SFI certification, be sure to request this when ordering.
